AUDIOMATE is the product of a 10-week User Experience course. As a designer, it is crucial to be aware of trends and best practices in the field to stay relevant. The ability to understand and clearly communicate UX design is a skill I want to continue expanding upon as I move forward in my career.

Personas
After conducting interviews, I began to understand some of the common methods musicians use to meet and their pain points. Interestingly enough, most people turn to Craigslist to source talent.
The casual nature of Tinder with the project-based format of Craigslist really drew my attention.
Minimal Viable Product and Site Map
Like most components in the development of the app, the sitemap and MVP went through several rounds of refinement. I was not shy to reach out to developers in my team at work to help me understand concepts that seemed foreign.
User Flow
Took multiple iterations of the user flow to arrive at a solution that reflected the minimal amount of steps a user needed to establish a connection with another user.
