
GPJ/IBM
GPJ is a marketing and advertisement firm, providing digital, multimedia and physical marketing interactions. My role as AD consisted of designing environmental graphics for IMB’s presence at multiple events throughout the year. The role involved everything from creating elevations to interacting with 2D and 3D, Production Designers, Production, Creative Directors, and clients to provide the most comprehensive look at the design of the physical space prior to construction.

Greenbiz Event Booth Design
3D exploration of booth design based on elevations approved by the client.
Art directors are responsible for exploring the booth’s specific location and elements surrounding in order to create elevations that fit the space. Once elevations are approved graphics are passed along to 3D designers to start exploring the designs in three dimensions.

AWS Event 2D Renderings and Elevations
Some booth design was based on pre-fabricated booths the client could rent for a more cost effective solution. Besides booth design, ADs are tasked with curating reception and other social gatherings to help expand the experience.

Besides designing the booth for the event I was tasked with arranging the bar, tables and car placement in the space hosting clients after the main event.

AWS Event Deliverables Deck
AD’s were also responsible for designing and keeping an up-to-date deck that included mood board, mission statements and objectives, as well as elevations and renderings of the project in various stages. Design also required an in-depth exploration of the floorplan, location, and any every element associate with the construction and presentation of the experience.
